To reschedule or cancel a session, go to "My Schedule", find the session, and click "Reschedule or Cancel". Please review our cancellation policy before proceeding.
Session credits are deducted from your wallet upon successful booking of a session. If a session is cancelled in advance, credits are refunded per our refund policy.
